Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

Unless otherwise indicated, the MakeMeMine name, logos, branding, website design, user interface, educational and Body & Fit Libraries, original illustrations, editorial content, graphics, icons, animations, software, copywriting, layouts, marketing materials, and eligible AI-assisted assets are owned by or licensed to MakeMeMine Ltd.

They are protected to the extent available under applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Participating brands retain ownership of their names, logos, photographs, descriptions, trademarks, packaging, marketing assets, and proprietary materials.

MakeMeMine displays them for marketplace operation and promotion under applicable agreements.

Users retain ownership of original content they submit. The licence granted under the Terms of Service allows MakeMeMine to operate, display, moderate, administer, and promote the Services.

Except where law or permission allows, users may not:

• Copy or reproduce MakeMeMine content
• Redistribute educational illustrations or original artwork
• Remove rights notices
• Modify protected materials
• Commercially exploit platform content
• Use MakeMeMine branding without written authorization

Reasonable personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted.

A complaint should include:

• Full name and contact details
• Identification of the protected work
• Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material
• A description of ownership or authority
• A good-faith statement that use is unauthorized
• A statement that the information is accurate

Additional information may be requested.

MakeMeMine may review, request documents, contact parties, temporarily restrict, remove, restore, or take other appropriate action.

An uploader who believes removal was mistaken may submit a counter-notice with supporting information. MakeMeMine will determine an appropriate outcome based on evidence and law.

Repeated infringement may result in content removal, suspension, termination, or additional lawful action.

Trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners. Display does not grant permission for unauthorized use.

Original AI-assisted artwork, educational illustrations, characters, graphics, and branded assets created for MakeMeMine may be protected or controlled by MakeMeMine to the extent available under applicable law and contractual rights.

Users may not commercially reproduce or redistribute these assets without written permission.

Complaints and counter-notices must be honest and made in good faith. False or misleading claims may lead to account or legal consequences.
