This Policy explains how MakeMeMine reviews, moderates, and removes content. It should be read with the Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

1. Purpose

Moderation is intended to protect community members, maintain respectful conversation, support brands, reduce harmful misinformation, protect intellectual property, prevent unlawful activity, and preserve a welcoming environment.

2. Content Covered

This Policy applies to Story Room, Between Us, Ways of Desire, reviews, comments, brand communications, images, videos, profile information, and future interactive features.

3. How Content Is Reviewed

Content may be reviewed through:

  • User reports
  • Automated detection
  • AI-assisted moderation
  • Manual review
  • Brand reports
  • Legal notices

Not all content is reviewed before publication.

4. Factors Considered

We may consider context, intent, severity, credibility, repetition, community impact, law, and safety concerns.

5. Possible Actions

We may leave content unchanged, reformat it, remove it, restrict visibility, issue a warning, restrict participation, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or escalate lawful matters to authorities.

6. Urgent Safety Matters

Immediate action may be taken for threats, child exploitation, trafficking, terrorism, fraud, identity theft, malware, phishing, serious criminal activity, or non-consensual intimate imagery.

Where legally required, we may preserve information and cooperate with authorities.

7. Intellectual-Property Reports

We may temporarily restrict content, request documents, contact relevant parties, remove content, or restore it after review. Intentionally false complaints may result in account action.

8. AI-Assisted Moderation

AI may help identify potentially problematic content but does not replace human judgment for significant decisions where human review is reasonably appropriate.

9. Reporting

Reports should be submitted in good faith and include sufficient details. Repeated misuse of reporting tools may violate the Community Guidelines.

10. Appeals

A user may request review of removed content or account restrictions. An appeal does not guarantee reversal and will be assessed using available information, policies, and legal obligations.

11. Record Retention

We may retain moderation records to investigate disputes, meet legal obligations, identify repeat violations, protect security, or support future decisions, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and law.

12. Transparency

We may limit details where disclosure would compromise privacy, facilitate evasion, interfere with an investigation, create security risk, or conflict with law.

13. Good-Faith Enforcement

Moderation decisions balance expression, safety, respectful participation, legal compliance, and platform integrity. No moderation system is perfect, and practices may evolve.

14. Updates

Material updates will be reflected by revising the Last Updated date.
